Mathletics is the world's most used education website - with 40,000 students using the site each day from around the world. There are over one thousand learning activities covering primary and second-ary mathematics.
We have enclosed an infor-mation sheet to help you to get your P2-7 child onto the website.
Mathletics usually costs £5 pounds per child per year. We originally suggested that parents may pay for this. However, we’ve been lucky enough that a local business has offered to sponsor £4 per child at Glencull. Therefore the cost to parents is £1 per child this year. This rep-resents excellent value for fami-lies at Glencull and we wish to thank the local business for their
support with this amazing oppor-tunity for our students. Please send in £1 on Monday 8th Oct. P2 will be getting their usernames and passwords over the month of October along with training on how to enjoy the site.

Halloween Party and Outdoor Movie!
This year’s Halloween Party will take place in school on Friday 26th Oct during school. The children come to school dressed up for a day of learn-ing activities.
The Friends of Glencull are al-so hoping to have an outdoor movie on the evening of Friday 26th in Todds Leap under their covered area. We hope the
parents association will assist us with providing refreshments and that everyone will have a good coat to wrap up warm. It should be suitable for all age groups.
