To celebrate ‘World book day,’ the children were encouraged to take on the challenge of reading lots of books as part of the ’Battle of the Books!’. They had to read books and write book reviews, after which they would be awarded stars. They were challenged to collect 720 stars—and as always the children met and exceeded the challenge! They have now won a ‘Day of Play'!
